Chuck Off 2007: Competition de videos de nunchaku

Le forum de nunchaku freestyle freestyleforum.net organise une competition de videos de nunchakus.
Si vous etes interessés pour participer, n'hésitez pas. Pour ceux qui serait réticents a cause de leur niveau, il y a aussi une categorie beginner et intermediate.

We've been working on doing something even bigger and better!

On behalf of the F(N)F community, I am delighted to announce a new freestyle nunchaku competition!

The F(N)F Chuck-Off 2007

Participation is through video entry, uploaded to websites like YouTube, metacafe, or google videos.

Registration is now open on the competition board at www.freestyleforum.net for SEVEN categories.

FREESTYLE (Beginner)
FREESTYLE (Intermediate)
FREESTYLE (Advanced)
1)A 2 minute freestyle performance (single nunchaku).
2)All in one take, no editing together clips. Music can be added.
3)Titles at the beginning saying 'Chuck-Off 2007' and name of competitor.
4)Footage must not have been entered for a F(N)F competition before.

WARRIOR
1)A 2 minute demonstration of the lethal use of nunchaku (single and/or double nunchaku).
2)All in one take, no editing together clips. Music can be added.
3)Titles at the beginning saying 'Chuck-Off 2007' and name of competitor.
4)Footage must not have been entered for a F(N)F competition before.

DOUBLES
1)A 2 minute freestyle performance (double nunchaku).
2)All in one take, no editing together clips. Music can be added.
3)Titles at the beginning saying 'Chuck-Off 2007' and name of competitor.
4)Footage must not have been entered for a F(N)F competition before.

FIRE & GLOW
1)A 2 minute night display performance (fire or glow) (single and/or double nunchaku).
2)All in one take, no editing together clips. Music can be added.
3)Titles at the beginning saying 'Chuck-Off 2007' and name of competitor.
4)Footage must not have been entered for a F(N)F competition before.

DIRECTOR
1)A compilation of clips, nunchaku and other weapon/juggling/freestyles, edited to a piece of music up to 4 minutes.
2)Titles at the beginning saying 'Chuck-Off 2007' and name of competitor.
3)Footage must not have been entered for a F(N)F competition before.

The deadline for registration and video submission is the 12 noon GMT, 1st of July, 2007.

There is no prize except pride, and the opportunity to showcase your nunchaku skills to others nunchaku enthusiasts.

What happens next?
The winner of each category will be decided by community voting, with polls open for ten days.
The seven winners will then be pitted against each other in another community poll, for another ten days to decide the overall champion!

Even if you can't compete in this competition for whatever reason, please, please, PLEASE, take the time to watch the contestants and vote for your favourites!

La vidéo de ninjarob est vraiment pas mal, il fait du contact nunchaku, a un bon rythme et respecte ses plans. C'est suffisamment rare pour etre precisé Smile

Celle de Kriztov est intéressante, il utilise un nunchaku avec des batons de couleurs differentes. Ca a un gros potentiel visuel (cf les videos de handles)

Celle de Sebricci, je l'ai deja posté, il y a quelques mouvements sympas Smile

yep Bravo mec! c'est merité

il y a du niveau dans ces vids, le nunch avance! (celle de ninjarob est vraiment nouvelle j'aime bien)

Will there be another chuck off for 2008???
